Day 1
This exciting trip starts as you arrive in Delhi . Our tour representative offers you an assisted transfer to Dalhousie After reaching, check-in at your pre-booked hotel. You will take some rest for a while to recharge your energy. Later, you will enjoy your dinner and stay overnight in Dharamshala.
Day 2
On this day of your tour, have your morning meal and be ready for half-day tour sightseeing. Today, you will explore major tourist attractions, including Satdhara Falls, Chamunda Devi Temple, Kalatop Sanctuary, etc. The evening is leisurely,and you can enjoy it per your travel preferences. Later, you will head to your hotel for dinner and slide into your bed for a restful sleep on your comfortable bed.
Day 3

Day 4
Day is scheduled for an excursion to Chamba and Khajjiar. Both these towns are near Dalhousie. Today, you will have a chance to admire the lush landscape, floral meadows, and tranquility. The day's attractions include Central Park, Rang Mahal, Khajjiar Lake, and Bhuri Singh Museum. If you are an adventure enthusiast, you can also try your hand at zorbing. Back to Dalhousie for an overnight stay.
Day 5
On the last day of the tour, check-out from the hotel and get an assisted transfer to Delhi Airport or railway station to board the train for your onward destination.

Payments Terms
- To confirm the hold package please deposit rupees ₹30%.
- After the confirmation voucher is provided within a week the next 50% of the amount is to be deposited.
- Rest of the amount is to be paid during the tour (the amount should be fully paid before 3 days of last checkout.

- All taxes, entrance fees, airfare, Hotel and Transport rates etc are as on date. Any future hike will be charged extra as applicable.
- Our drivers are responsible for safe driving with proper knowledge of route / itinerary. However, he would not be able to explain any sightseeing spots /History of monuments etc. and for same you may take proper Guide services from us on additional cost basis.

- A/C of the vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Areas.
- Heater charges will be extra and vary hotel to hotel.
- In case of any interrelated activities in the destination, the agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.
- In case of any interrelated activities on Roads and anywhere in above-mentioned travel plan, the agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.
- In case of transporters strike cab will not go anywhere. The agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.
- In any case of heavy snowfall or any Land Slide or any natural calamity roads closed then there is no refund and cab will not go anywhere and the agency is not responsible for any loss
- Refund on cancellation depends upon concerned hotel's cancellation policy and the agency cancellation policy
- Token Amount is non refundable in any case and can be adjustable for one year in and package.
- The agency is not responsible for any personal loss, any damage to passengers travelling or any miss happening any road accident during the tour.
- The agency is not responsible for any vehicle damage in terms of mechanical fault, any electrical fault or tire bust or any other problem in vehicle during the tour ( In this case no refund will be given)
- No refund in case of any missed sightseeing or meal.
- Entry fee to any park/Museum/ Amusement park/ Zoo/ theatre/Club/ Temple and charges for any activities is not included /Charges Related to horse Ride/Camel Ride/Yak Ride/ Paragliding/ River Rafting/Rope way etc Games is not included Clearance of full package payment is mandatory 15 days before departure of the tour.
- If full package payments not done within the given time frame your booking will stand cancelled & the agency is not liable to refund the advance booking amount paid by you to confirm the package.
- All the meals mentioned in itinerary would be provided in the specified hotel only where you are going to stay during the tour.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Prior to 45 days or more: 40% of amount will be deducted from total package amount
- Between 44 and 31 days of departure: 50% of amount will be deducted from total package amount
- Between 30 and 21 days of departure: 60% of amount will be deducted total package amount
- Between 20 and 14 days of departure: 75% of amount will be deducted from total package amount
- 14 days prior to the date of departure: 100% amount will be deducted from total package amount
- In case of no-show, no refund will be given.
